Working as a Software Engineer at MathWorks, Hyderabad, India.

During this period, I Worked as an intern in the EDG Hyderabad team of Mathworks.

I've been working under supervision of Dr. Ajita Rattani on the project of deep fakes detection using CNN models(Transferlearning with EfficientNet and ResNet-50) on CelebDF dataset using tensorflow and keras.

I've worked under the supervision of Dr. Sriparna Saha on a bioinformatics based project where I’ve implemented a hybrid multimodal I’ve designed and developed a deep Multi-modal (sequential + structural + gene ontology) Protein-protein Interaction framework using Vision Transformer(ViT) and SeqVec, a ELMo based language model, to classify a pair in one of the two labels - Interacting or Non-interacting . Using transfer learning with vit_b16 model , we achieved 98.03% accuracy on Human PPI dataset and 98.75% accuracy on SC PPI dataset.
